Our thoughts are with you. We'll move forward with you, one step at a time.
Send us the photo and details at your own pace: our team prepares the bookmark and sends you a proof to check.
What you type stays on this device until you send it; only the photo is sent as soon as you choose it.

Step 1 of 6: The photo
Your photo is sent as soon as you choose it, to a private storage space, without its GPS location.
The photo, your information and that of the deceased are used only to prepare the proof, print your bookmarks and bill you. Our team and our IT providers (hosting, email, payment), some of them in the United States, have access to it for that purpose. To access or correct your information, have it destroyed, or withdraw your consent, write to confidentialite@editionsvaudreuil.ca.
Privacy policyJust as it is on your phone, without cropping it.
Take a picture of it or leave it with us: we'll scan it and give it back.
How to photograph a print
- Take it out of its frame and lay it flat.
- Stand near a window, out of direct sunlight, with the flash off.
- Hold your phone flat, right above the print, so the whole photo fits on the screen.
- Check that no glare covers the face, then send the photo as is.
Would you rather leave the print with us? Call us to arrange how to get it to us: we'll scan it and give it back.
For example: the woman in the middle, in the blue sweater.
Simple touch-ups to the chosen photo are included: cropping, lighting, contrast, small spots. To isolate one person, change the background or repair a damaged photo, say so here. With the proof, we'll confirm this work and its price.
