Ordered by the principal or the graduation committee.
A graduating class in one book: portraits, activity photos, messages from everyone. The committee lays out the yearbook, or leaves the layout to us; we print it, bind it and deliver it to the school.

- The inside paper: matte, satin or gloss coated

What we need from you
- The layout as a PDF, or your text and photos if we do the layout
- The number of graduates and an estimate of how many yearbooks you need
- The date the yearbooks will be handed out
- Your confirmation that you have the necessary permissions for student photos, including from the photographer and from parents
- The name of the person who will approve the proof for the school or the committee

The agenda goes everywhere with students all year: timetable, homework, code of conduct, notes between school and home. We print it in your school's colours, dated to your own calendar.

We print booklets your team has created. Does your booklet include pages from a published workbook or book? Please say so in your request: the copying must be allowed under your Copibec licence, or authorized by Copibec or the publisher.

A notebook made for one subject, for example: handwriting lines for elementary grades, graph paper for math, staves for music, a lab notebook. Ruling, cover and logo: it's your school's own.

Graduation yearbook
A graduation yearbook goes through the committee, the school administration and the print shop. Here's who does what.
Don't know the exact number of yearbooks yet? Give us an estimate, including graduates and extra copies. The quantity is confirmed before printing.
Student photos: send us only the ones that may appear in the yearbook. The permission forms stay with you: we don't need them. Your files are used only to produce your yearbook, never for our own advertising.

Do you handle school supply lists?
School supply lists for parents are handled by the Éditions Vaudreuil School Supply Service, a separate team from ours.

Yes. Our design and prepress team can build the pages from your text and photos, or adjust your files: margins, bleed, colour.
Can you print a workbook from a publisher?
Only with the publisher's written permission. Otherwise, a published workbook is ordered from its publisher or from a bookstore. We print booklets your school has designed; if they include excerpts from published works, the copying must be allowed under your Copibec licence, or authorized by Copibec or the publisher. Please mention it in your request.
How long does a yearbook or an agenda take?
It depends on the number of pages, the quantity and the binding: the estimator confirms it with your quote. For a project tied to a fixed date, like back to school or graduation, it's best to talk to us early.
Do you deliver to the school?
Yes: local delivery in Vaudreuil-Soulanges, delivery elsewhere in Quebec, and multi-site delivery for an order that covers several schools. You can also pick up your order on site.
